Out of the Woodwork 2024

Pittsburgh, PA: August 2-4, 2024

Out of the Woodwork 2024 will be held August 2-4 in Pittsburgh in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix (PVGP). Activities for Friday, August 2, and Sunday, August 4, are being planned. There will be a cookout Friday night at Jeff Prycl’s and a drive beforehand for those that fancy it. Details and specific schedules will be communicated as soon as they are confirmed.

TVRCCNA will meet as part of British Car Day on Saturday, August 3, sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Triumph Association (WPTA) with the banquet afterward, that evening. You must register with WPTA to be on the field; $40 until July 12 ($50 on the day of the event). DO NOT sign up via the PVGP website. Currently, registration is by mail-in only (see here for details). It is anticipated that electronic registration will be available at a later date.

The banquet will be at The Lamplighter Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel. The cost will be $37 per person. The cash bar will open at 6:00 PM. Menu will be posted on the TVRCCNA site soon. If you would like to have a vegan entree, please email Kyle Gundy by July 20 and he will arrange with the banquet facility.

Hotel

TVR Club rates are now available at the Holiday Inn Express Murrysville-Delmont (6552 Route 22, Delmont, PA). There is ample trailer parking at the hotel. Breakfast is included in this rate.

  • Sunday $115 + tax
The club rate is only available by phoning the hotel directly, (724)-468-1050. The rooms in our block and club rates are guaranteed until July 3. After July 3, the hotel will continue to honor the club rate but only if they have further unsold rooms available. Cancellation policy is up until 6:00 pm the day before arrival with no penalty.
