New!!! TVRs Wanted!!! Find the person who wants YOUR project car.
1985 TVR 280i, #BDH1140, white w/tan interior and black top.
Under 3,000 actual miles. That's right, LESS THAN 3,000 ORIGINAL MILES!!! This car was bought new by the seller's uncle. Not long after buying the car, he got a job in New York City, but didn't take the car with him. He bought a house in New Jersey and that's where the TVR was stored until he sold it to his nephew some time later. According to the seller, the only things needing attention are some cracks in the leather on the seats, and the power mirrors which don't work (may just be the switch).
Here is an opportunity to get a virtually brand new 1985 280i for a fraction of the original retail price.
Owner lives in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. For more information, contact Jim Terway at 856-430-4402 or e-mail him at jterway@camden.rutgers.edu
Asking $12,750.00

1973 TVR 2500M: #2753TM
I have owned this TVR since 1990 and it has evolved to its current state of being a dependable, fun-to-drive, British sportscar. It is rare, fast, has great handling, and is an award-winning example.
I have made the following modifications to the car as listed below:
2001 Chevy Vortec 4.3 litre V6 long block
- World class T-5 five speed transmission with 0.62 overdrive and S-10 tail section
- Toyota Supra limited slip differential with 3.72 ratio
- All relay wiring with Aura relay and breaker box
- Throttle body computer controlled fuel injection
- Koni shocks front and rear with four shocks in rear
- Stainless steel brake lines
- Carpathian Elm laminated dash
- Leather seats
- Kevlar brake pads and rear brake shoes
- Aluminum radiator designed for 350 Chevy short track use
- Oil cooler remote filter
- Stainless steel headers feeding to 2 1/2" pipe and Supertrap muffler
- Frame tunnel insulated and covered with aluminum sheeting
- Conversion to 675 cranking amp side post battery
- CNC machined solid aluminum TVR logo air cleaner
- Modified front sway bar with polyurethane bushings
- Polyurethane suspension bushings throughout
There are many other lesser internal updates to the stock looking TVR 2500M. They all add up to a car that everyone likes at the British car shows and that is a crowd pleaser at any cruise-in. You could not build it for the $14,500 asking price. Your inquiries are welcome and delivery is possible.

TVR 2500M 1974
Whole car in pieces with modifications. Car is all apart, frame was was sand blasted, primed and painted, purchased 6 AVO Adjustable shocks. Was setting up for a 302 conversion, the motor I have is a 1985 Mustang GT Motor ( last year Carburated and considered a roller motor because of roller lifters ). Also has a World Class T-5 transmission. Rear end differential is a Nissan rear Diff LSD 4:11 gears , Front brakes are Toyota 4 piston with vented rotors. The wheels I have purchased are Konig Wheels 16" that look like Panasport or mini lite wheels with a polished Lip , they are absoulutlly beautiful (the wolfrace wheels I sold ). The body of the car is not bad at all , needs some work and paint, I have the body stored in a friends shop all wrapped up for now. My plans were to make this car into a street legal track car. I live 1 1/2 hours away from Watkins Glen and I want to race !!! Have a lot of time and money in this car as it sits , This is a great project that pretty much includes everything to make it a go !!! I have other cars I need to invest time and money in. I do love this car but at this time I need space and time. One of my desired cars was a griffith , but found the next best. Please e-mail with questions my e-mail address is dentfender@yahoo.com , as a matter of fact if you are really interested call my home # 585.267.7551 , please leave a message and I will get back to you !!! I am looking to get $8,000 , I am open to discussion on the price, but I will not give it away... Also the frame is painted Black
1987 280i #HBO19146:
This car is the fourth of only 7 true 1987 US-spec 280is to be built in the year that TVR pulled out of the American
market. The car is finished in Alpine White with red leather interior and tan top. This car is one of a small number of 280is that was fitted with the optional power assisted steering. This car sold new in Puerto Rico. After its first owner died, it was sold to the second owner in the Virgin Islands. In 1999, the third owner in Florida acquired the car with only 9,938 original miles and it became one of about 20 cars in his collection which he kept primarily at their summer home in northern Michigan. I acquired the car in the summer of 2006 with only 10,600 miles on the odometer. I proceeded to have the car gone through to make sure everything was in order, particularly since the car had spent so much time sitting over the years. It has been fully serviced and properly maintained and I have had many upgrades performed. The fuel tanks were drained and new lines installed; the brake master cylinder and servo were replaced; and a full tuneup and valve adjustment was performed. The car was previously de-catted and has a dual exhaust system which has a nice throaty sound.
In the spring of 2007, I had a new air conditioning system (Vintage Air) installed ($2,100) to replace the original system, much of which had been removed.
Then the woodwork in the car was completely refinished and looks beautiful. The car comes complete with much documentation and communication from all owners, some service records, owners manuals, an indoor custom fit car cover, an outdoor tailored cover, new custom TVR logo floor mats and a custom records portfolio made for this car. The car now has 11,300 miles on it. It is not a 100 point show car but is a very good driver. The interior is excellent, the top and rear window very good, the paint good, and the chassis is solid. The car is fitted with Spax dual adjustable shocks, has good tires all around and is a good solid driver.
This will make someone a nice car to drive that has been properly maintained and is ready to be enjoyed. My only reason for selling this car is to focus on the on-going restoration of my "barn find" 1984 280i. Priced at $11,500. Contact Marshall Moore @ tvrccna@cox.net or call 540-772-0952 for more information.

1979 TVR 3000S
This car has about 35000 total miles and about 5000 miles since an engine rebuild. I used Burton Engineering (England) for all of the engine mod stuff or as we would say in England "engine bits" and it is now producing 210 hp. It has a "fast road" cam, enlarged valves, three Webber carbs with a six port inlet manifold it also has stronger springs in the clutch. The body was taken off the frame, all of the suspension bushings replaced with the harder urethane type, all of the control arms were powder coated and the brakes replaced (pads, rotors and shoes). The interior has been replaced with leather, the top is a Robins from David and Gerald. The body was completly block sanded to level out factory imperfections, then primed with epoxy primer and repainted with BASF 21 line acylic polyurethane Ferrari red paint. I have five T slot wheels with four tires, a five speed Borg Warner transmission and lots off other bits that I kept when I did the upgrades. I would give all of these items to the buyer along with the car at my firm asking price of $25000.00.
